As a group of professionals with vast experience in children’s and young peoples’ services supervises and manages all of the services we provide. Our goal is to serve a diverse range of young adults in a safe and competent manner, including young people with complex needs, young people who are parents, those seeking asylum, and children who are under supervision. Here at Northbright Care PVT LTD we believe that at some Fme in their lives, every young person needs assistance and guidance with some things that are relent to each individual, some more than others which is okay. Young people can choose from a variety of services than we provide, such as social care, assistance, educaFon, and training. We acknowledge thar each person is disFnct and has their own unique set of obstacles to overcome. For this reason, the assistance we provide is customised to meet each person’s unique needs.

Our Life Skills Support Plan (LSSP) is a tailored, structured document for young people than describes the precise support, care, and objective for a young person, especially those who are struggling with challenges. This Life Skills Support Plan (LSSP) was put in place to meet each young person’s needs and assist them in achieving social, academic, and personal objective. Important elements of a support plan consist of:

• Help with understanding nutrition, preparing meals, shopping lists and going shopping.
• Assistance with budgeFng for food, bills, clothing, recreation etc
• Escoring and guidance with filling out forms, appointments, shopping, cleaning, and making their beds
• Communication and liaising with social workers, doctors, education facilities, chemist etc.
• Assistance with benefits, a Sending appointments, employment opportunities and ensuring debts, rent and bills are pay for
• Accessing recreation facilities, specialist counseling services, professional help, and liaison with other agencies
• Registration with GPs, dentist, places of education if needed, options and opening of bank account etc
• Guidance with laundry, mending, sewing, ironing clothes. As well as bedding etc
• Prompting and supervision on personal hygiene and welfare benefits

Objective As NorthBright Care

We are committed to the highest standards and quality of support and residence. We will perfectly match a young person’s needs and lifestyle with a suitable support worker to allow a familiar face every day, or a couple of times a week, whichever is best for the young person. This will bring comfort, a feeling of safety and friendship within the young adult’s home. We will provide support for their mental health as our workers will be able to provide much- needed companionship, as well as emotional support, encouragement, and reassurance. We are committed to the development of positive lifestyles for our young people and for them to lead the fullest possible life within their communities. We will continue to invest in further development of staff in order to continually respond to individuals’ actual and changing needs and wishes.
